IT Cooperative’s Board of Directors, Employees and Local Dignitaries Gather to Celebrate Completion of the Lake Saint Louis Expansion
Lake Saint Louis, Mo., April 29, 2016 — National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), a leading provider of technology solutions to utility and telecommunications organizations worldwide, officially dedicated the Lake Saint Louis campus’ newest building annex. This expansion accommodates the current and projected growth of the IT cooperative as well as connect all buildings on the campus.
“The City of Lake Saint Louis is excited to be celebrating the new addition to NISC – as one of our city’s largest employers, as well as a business that has been in our city for many years,” said Kathy Schweikert, Mayor of Lake Saint Louis, Mo. “As our city has grown during these years, NISC continues to expand and add jobs during this time, an enviable position when many companies are downsizing. We look forward to the continuing success of NISC in Lake Saint Louis.”
The dedication was marked by speeches given by Vern Dosch, NISC President and CEO, and Harry Barnes, NISC Board Chairman. The event was attended by many NISC Lake Saint Louis employees and members of the St. Charles County community. The Lake Saint Louis location, one of four NISC campuses in the United States, has been the Missouri campus of the technology cooperative since 2006 and is home to more than 473 employees. The Lake Saint Louis facility expanded by 44,000 square feet in an effort to accommodate the demands of a growing organization.
“Watching NISC continue to be on track with our anticipated growth is truly moving,” said Dosch. “We have a lot to be grateful for – our Member-Owners, our employees and the Lake Saint Louis Community for supporting us. We look forward to what the future has in store.”
At NISC, employees focus on service excellence and innovative information technology solutions that enable their Member-Owners to excel in customer service, maximize diversification opportunities and compete effectively in the changing utility and telecommunications industries.
