NISC Recaps the Year and Shares Vision for Tomorrow
Mandan, N.D., Feb. 12, 2025 – National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), a leading provider of software solutions to utility and broadband companies, hosted its 2025 Annual Meeting on Feb. 5. NISC Members from around the United States and Canada joined NISC President & CEO Doug Remboldt along with NISC Board Chairman Kirk Trede, NISC Chief Admin Officer & General Counsel Jeff Nelson and NISC Board Secretary Mark Grotbo for the annual state of the IT cooperative.
The Annual Meeting highlighted the past year, which was filled with product improvements, increased partnerships and technology advancements allowing the NISC Membership to move forward and grow with the technology of the future.
“From new features that enhanced the user experience to behind-the-scenes improvements in enterprise security, NISC has worked tirelessly to ensure the technology remains not just relevant, but ahead of the curve,” said Remboldt. “And none of that would have been possible without the support and commitment of the NISC Membership.”
Remboldt also shared NISC’s focus for the upcoming year, including a commitment to continually improving the Member experience with the latest software innovations and a dedication to providing more value through tailored learning opportunities and business process analysis options. He also discussed ongoing strategic partnerships and the inherent value they can provide to Members.
“Each NISC Member has their fingerprints all over the development of our Enterprise Solutions, and welcoming 39 new Members this past year to NISC is a testament to the value of the software we provide,” said Remboldt. “We strive to build technology to help our Members adapt and thrive as they serve their communities, and critical to that is NISC’s pledge to grow our staff in tandem with the growth of the Membership to ensure our promise of service excellence is always delivered.”
