Lake Saint Louis, Mo., Dec. 7, 2023 – National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), a leading provider of software solutions to utility and broadband providers, has announced the results of their 2023 Board election. Director elections are held at the district level with an online ballot sent to voting Members within the respective district. The electronic ballot was launched on October 15, 2023, and closed on December 1. These Directors will hold office for another three-year term which will begin in January 2024 and expire in January 2027.

As a result of the online Director voting, the following Directors were elected:

	District #5 Kirk W. Trede CEO at Eastern Iowa Light & Power Cooperative in Wilton, IA
	District #7 Tom Walch CEO at Grand Valley Rural Power Lines, Inc. in Grand Junction, CO
	District #9 Mark Grotbo General Manager at Ravalli Electric Co-op in Victor, MT
	District #12 Darin T. LaCoursiere President & CEO at Endeavor Communications in Cloverdale, IN
	District #13 Gary Johnson CEO & General Manager at Paul Bunyan Communications in Bemidji, MN
